Initial In Home Meeting
Every project starts with a free of charge, in-home consultation in which a seasoned kitchen/bath designer will share new and innovative ideas and give a ballpark guesstimate for your remodel.
Showroom Presentation
After the in-home consultation, we enter the next phase of your project, the Showroom Presentation. Your designer will meet with you at the Remodel Works Showroom to present your personalized Kitchen/Bath Design Concept and Detailed Proposal.

Detailed Proposal
After your design has been reviewed, we will then discuss the Proposal. The Proposal is a detailed explanation of all the pieces that go together to create your project.

Computer Aided Design
After the decision has been made to move forward with your project and all materials have been selected, our Computer Aided Design department will skillfully engineer your drawings; including a Detailed Floorplan, Elevations, Electrical/Lighting plans and Material List. This information is then forwarded to you via email for review, this process may take 3 to 5 weeks.

Pre-Construction Meeting
While your CAD drawings are being created, our scheduler will be calling to set up the pre-construction meeting in your home. This meeting entails verifying measurements, coordinating logistics, discovery work and answering any questions or concerns you may have.
Customer Schedule & Payment Schedule
After the project manager's in-home visit, he/she will then consult with your designer to review any last minute details that may have arisen from the pre-construction meeting. Next, the project manager will proceed to create your personalized, day to day Customer Schedule and commence ordering materials.
Note: Our progressive Payment Schedule (payments highlighted) is also included with your Customer Schedule - payments are due at project milestones.
The Remodel Works 5-year Workmanship Warranty Certificate is issued at job completion.

We love Remodel Works! After discovering harmful mold and mold byproducts in our home, we had to have many areas (namely the kitchen and 2 bathrooms) torn out. Needless to say we were completely shocked at the level of repair needed. Enter John DeLuca, designer du jour. John helped my mom design the kitchen of her dreams, as well as update the master and guest bathrooms which had been torn down to studs. John was available for a phone call or text with any questions, even to help us choose paint colors outside of the areas he designed.
This process has been emotional, as a remodel was initially something my mom and dad were planning together, but my dad ended up passing away suddenly just over a year ago. It has been such a blessing to be so taken care of by Remodel Works during a rough time. Highly recommend for professional, top notch work, and individuals who really care about their work and clients. We know we are in good hands.
